Microsoft Outlook Express Rules Configuration
    Instructions:
Start by going to the Tools menu,
    Select Message Rules,
    Select Mail
Outlook Express XP/6.0 Message Rules Window

  1. In the Message Rules window, click New
  2. In the New Mail Rule window, under Select the Conditions for your rule, check Where the message body contains specific words
  3. Under Select the Actions for your rule, check Move it to the specified folder
  4. Under Rule Description, click on contains specific words
  5. In the Type Specific Words window, enter eMail2Pop-spam (double-check for accuracy and capital letters)
  6. Click Add, and then OK
  7. Back in the New Mail Rule window under Rule Description, click on specified folder
  8. Choose a folder where you want spam e-mail to be filtered.  If necessary, click New Folder and create a Junk E-mail folder.  This will allow you to review all of your spam messages before deleting them.  Click OK once finished
  9. Click OK to close the Mail Rule Window, and then OK once more to close the Message Rules Window

If Outlook Express is configured properly, all e-mails designated as spam by the eMail2Pop Spam Filter will automatically be separated from non-spam e-mail and moved into a designated Junk E-mail folder.  You can then review the flagged e-mails and delete them at any time.
