If Incredimail is configured properly, all e-mails designated as spam by the eMail2Pop Spam Filter will automatically be separated from non-spam e-mail and moved into a designated Junk E-mail folder.  You can then review the flagged e-mails and delete them at any time.

Notes for Incredimail: Because Incredimail does not use a robust rules system, you must leave the Prepend Letters to Spam E-mails option checked in eMail2Pop Options.  Otherwise, Incredimail will have no way of identifying spam-flagged messages.
