eMail2Pop Options
Status Settings

Use Mini-Status Window
eMail2Pop will display a separate small window displaying the status of the POP3 and SMTP services on your desktop. Customize Mini-Status Window Settings below to modify the behavior of the window. (Default - Checked)

Use Balloon Popups (Windows XP only)
On Windows XP systems, eMail2Pop can display status information from a pop-up balloon on the eMail2Pop Tray Icon. If you enable this option, it is highly recommended that you change Windows XP's sound settings and remove the sound for pop-up. Although some other versions of Windows support balloons, they will incur a buildup of balloons and not display status in real-time. (Default - Unchecked)

Mini-Status Window Settings

Always Show Window
If this option is selected, eMail2Pop's Mini-Stat window will always be visible. Otherwise, Mini-Stat will pop-up only when eMail2Pop is actively connected. (Default - Unchecked)

Show Both Service Status at All Times
When the Mini-Stat window is visible, the POP3 and SMTP sections will both be visible, even if one or both of the services are idle. (Default - Unchecked)

Keep Window on Top
When the Mini-Stat window is visible, the window will be on top of all windows and can not be covered. (Default - Checked)

Make Window Transparent (2K/XP only)
If you are running Windows 2000 or XP, the Mini-Stat window can make itself transparent and blend with the background - creating a see-through effect. This feature is particularly useful because there is less loss of desktop space. (Default - Unchecked)
